Doctor landing page
A mobile page that takes someone from a search for a diabetes specialist to a booked video consultation, answering their doubts in the order they have them.
Overview
This is the page people land on when they search for a diabetes specialist and click a Twin Health ad. Its job is to get them from "maybe" to a booked video consultation with a diabetologist — and to do it honestly, because the person on the other end is often frightened about their health.
The problem: Booking a specialist online usually means a crowded hospital portal, vague credentials, weeks of waiting and a fee you find out about late. Most people drop off somewhere along the way and carry on managing their diabetes alone.
What we built: A single mobile page that works as a funnel — hook, demystify, validate, convert — with each section answering the doubt the one before it raises. It shows what the call is like before asking for anything, proves the outcome with one member's numbers over time, lists the doctors with their credentials and real prices, and keeps the booking button under the thumb throughout.
Who it's for:
- Primarily: people with Type 2 diabetes looking for a second opinion or a way off their medicines.
- Also: adult children and carers booking for a parent whose sugar is out of control.

The page as a funnel
In the prototype above, scroll the page inside the phone and watch the funnel beside it follow, then book a doctor.
The balance was conversion against responsibility:
- Trust in seconds: credentials before price, a real doctor on screen before a form.
- Video, demystified: say what the call is like — the doctor you chose, twenty minutes, from home — before asking anyone to book one.
- The journey, not a promise: one member's timeline, with dates, instead of a claim.
- Price, plainly: the full fee, the discount and a money-back guarantee, all visible together.

The hook
"Skip the queue! Book an appointment with the best diabetologists in India," a phone mock-up of a doctor on a video call, and a timer — "4 min 59 sec to enjoy benefits worth ₹1,000." In the prototype, when the timer runs out the benefits are held for anyone already booking rather than taken away: urgency that doesn't punish people for reading.
What to expect
Three numbered lines:
- 01 A video consultation with the doctor you choose.
- 02 Twenty minutes, from home.
- 03 ₹2,000 of tests and a diet review included.

The proof
A real member's story in their own words, and the numbers on a timeline: HbA1c from 8.1 to 6.1 in three months, a medicine stopped in 40 days, and from two medicines to none within nine months.
The doctors
Each doctor's card has their qualifications, languages, years in practice and a verified mark — Dr. Paramesh Shamanna, MBBS, MS, MSc Diabetology (UK), speaks English and Tamil, 10+ years. Prices are anchored (₹999 ₹199) and backed by a 100% money-back guarantee, with a sticky Book appointment button at the bottom.

Results
- Bookings: booking conversion rose by about a fifth, and most bookings happened within ten minutes of landing.
- Show-up: about 80% of booked consultations went ahead, helped by the short What to expect section.
- After the call: members rated the consultation 4.6 out of 5, and about a third went on to join the full program.
Conclusion
The page converts because it answers questions in the order people have them — is this real, what happens, does it work, what does it cost — and only then asks. Booking a specialist became about as quick as booking a ride, without pretending it was as small a decision.
